The Alfa Romeo Dardo is a concept roadster designed by Pininfarina and presented in 1998. Based on the Alfa Romeo 156 platform, it celebrates the long collaboration between Alfa Romeo and Pininfarina in the creation of sports convertibles.

The name Dardo directly refers to its sharp and dynamic style. The car is equipped with a 2.5-liter V6 engine capable of developing 190 HP, paired with a six-speed manual gearbox.

Front-wheel drive and a suspension system derived from the Alfa Romeo 156 are combined with lightweight construction and compact dimensions, designed to improve agility and performance.

The design features triangular stylistic themes, fluid surfaces, and distinctive double circular headlights. The taut and dynamic lines interpret the character of traditional Alfa Romeo roadsters in a modern key.
