GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Pininfarina Segno – International Online Sales


1. Definitions

For the purposes of these General Conditions of Sale:

  • “Contract” : the remote sales contract concluded between the Supplier and the Customer via electronic means.

  • “Customer” or “Purchaser” : the consumer, a natural person who purchases for purposes outside of his or her business or professional activity.

  • “B2B Customer” : the legal entity or professional who purchases the Products for purposes related to their own economic activity.

  • “Supplier” : SIGNATURE Srl

  • “Products” : the goods sold through the official Pininfarina Segno online shop.

  • “Site” : the official Pininfarina Segno e-commerce platform, multilingual and global.


2. Identity of the Supplier

The Products are sold by:

(hereinafter “SIGNATURE” or “Supplier”).


3. Scope of application

These Conditions govern all sales made online , nationally and internationally , through the Site.

The Contract is drawn up in Italian. Any translations are for informational purposes only; the Italian version is the only valid version .


4. Conclusion of the Contract

The Contract is concluded exclusively online through:

  1. Product selection;

  2. order completion;

  3. acceptance of these Conditions;

  4. payment.

The order is considered accepted and binding only upon its execution by the Supplier .
SIGNATURE reserves the right to refuse incomplete, abnormal, or suspicious orders.


5. Prices and Currency

  • Prices are shown in the currency selected by the user.

  • For EU countries, prices include VAT.

  • For non-EU countries, any duties, local taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the Customer .

  • The price applied is the one confirmed at the time of the order.


6. Payment Methods

Only secure electronic payments are accepted through major international circuits.

Payment data is managed by certified providers; SIGNATURE does not store sensitive data.


7. International Shipping

  • All shipments are express and tracked .

  • Delivery times are indicative and depend on the destination.

  • EU shipments are DAP .

  • Shipments outside the EU are made in DDU / DAP mode, with any customs charges paid by the Customer.

SIGNATURE is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.


8. Delivery and Verification of Products

Upon delivery the Customer must check:

  • integrity of the packaging;

  • Product conformity.

Any anomalies must be reported to the courier upon delivery .


9. Product Availability

Availability is indicative.
In case of unavailability after the order, the Customer will be informed and will be able to choose between a refund or waiting.


10. Warranty and Defects of Conformity

The Products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable legislation.

The following are not considered defects:

  • chromatic differences due to photographic rendering;

  • normal wear and tear;

  • improper use.


11. Right of Withdrawal (B2C)

The consumer customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery .

Exclusions :

  • customized products;

  • custom-made products.

The refund will be made after the goods have been returned intact.


12. Returns and Exchanges

The gearbox is not automatic.
To obtain an exchange, you must make a return and place a new order .


13. B2B Sales – Companies and Professionals

For purchases made by companies or professionals :

  • you can request an invoice by entering your tax information at checkout;

  • the right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Code does not apply ;

  • any returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from the Supplier;

  • The warranty conditions follow the applicable civil and commercial regulations.

SIGNATURE reserves the right to verify the validity of the company data provided.


14. Responsibility

SIGNATURE is not responsible for:

  • delays attributable to force majeure;

  • improper use of the Products;

  • indirect or consequential damages.


15. Protection of Personal Data

Data processing is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) .

16. Contract Retention

Each order is digitally archived according to security and confidentiality criteria.


17. Communications and Complaints

18. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed exclusively by Italian law .

For any dispute , including international:

➡️ the competent court is exclusively the Italian one , as required by current legislation.


19. Update of the Conditions

SIGNATURE reserves the right to modify these Terms.
The changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Site.
