Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How does NFC sharing work? Does the recipient need an app?
No. Sharing via NFC works by holding the B1 Card close to the recipient's smartphone: a web page with your digital profile automatically opens, without the recipient needing to install any app. Sharing via QR Code works the same way: just scan the code with the camera.
Can I have multiple profiles on the same card? (e.g., job + freelance)
Yes. The B1 Card supports multi-business management: you can create multiple profiles (e.g., corporate role, freelance activity, personal profile) and choose which one to share based on the context, all from the dedicated app.
Can I customize it with my name or company colors?
Yes. The B1 Card is customizable with your name. For corporate customization requests or bulk orders, please contact us directly.
How does certified sustainability work?
The B1 Card is part of the Pininfarina Segno Forest project: each card purchased contributes to tree planting, offsetting environmental impact and promoting sustainability. By eliminating traditional paper cards, it also reduces paper and printing consumption.
Is it suitable for business use with multiple employees?
Absolutely. The B1 Card is designed for corporate teams: the app includes HR and CRM functions, centralized profile management, interaction analytics, and lead collection. For corporate plans and multiple orders, contact us for a dedicated proposal.
