Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is Grafeex technology? How does the tip work?
The Grafeex tip is made by sintering graphite particles: an industrial process that compacts graphite into a solid, dense form, much more resistant than a traditional lead. The result is a tip that lasts much longer than a normal pencil and can be easily replaced when it runs out.
What is Stone Paper? Is it really eco-friendly?
Stone Paper is an innovative material made primarily from calcium carbonate (rock powder) and a small percentage of HDPE resin. It does not require trees, water, or harsh chemicals for production. It is water-resistant, smooth to the touch, and recyclable. It is genuinely more sustainable than traditional paper.
Does the Grafeex pencil write like a normal pencil? Can it be erased?
Yes, the Grafeex pencil leaves a mark similar to that of a traditional graphite-based pencil, which can be erased with a regular eraser. The difference is in the durability of the tip: much superior to a traditional lead. When the tip runs out, it is replaced with a new Grafeex tip.
Is the color of the set only in the clip or also in the notebook?
The color characterizes the clip of the instruments and the elastic band, which are coordinated. The notebook has a soft-touch cover in a neutral/dark tone. It is the color of the clip and the band that identifies the set (Blue, Red, Yellow, or Green).
Is the ballpoint refill replaceable?
Yes, the Grafeex ballpoint pen uses a standard replaceable ballpoint refill. For the compatible model, check the specifications on the packaging or contact us.
Is it a good gift for someone who loves writing, drawing, or sustainability?
Absolutely yes. At €49, the Grafeex Writing Set offers extraordinary content: Stone Paper, Grafeex technology, coordinated design, and exclusive packaging. Perfect for students, creatives, professionals, and anyone who appreciates innovative and sustainable writing instruments.
