Detailed description

The Dino 206 GT was one of the most celebrated Italian sports berlinettas of the 1960s, first produced in 1967 and designed by Aldo Brovarone and Leonardo Fioravanti at the historic Pininfarina .

Originally presented as an exclusive concept and named Coupé Speciale , the 206 GT represented a major technical and stylistic step forward: 1,987 cm³ V6 engine with three Weber carburettors and 180 hp , mid-transverse position and lightweight aluminium bodywork.

The flowing lines, low profile and attention to detail made this car a point of reference for Italian automotive design, marking a fundamental chapter in the history of the Dino and anticipating the evolution of subsequent Ferrari sports cars.
