Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is Stone Paper? Is it different from regular paper?
Stone Paper is made from calcium carbonate (limestone) and a small percentage of HDPE resin, without water or trees. It is water-resistant, tear-proof, and has a smooth, slightly satiny texture. It is also more sustainable than traditional paper. For writing on Stone Paper, ballpoint or gel pens are recommended — not pencils or fountain pens.
What is the difference between the 3 variants?
The variants are distinguished by their cover graphics and page type. Balloon Girl (Yellow) features the famous girl with balloons, with blank pages. The Flower Thrower (Yellow) features the flower thrower, with blank pages. Rat (Ruled) features the rat with a ruler, with lined pages — more suitable for notes and writing. The choice depends on personal use and taste.
Who is Banksy? Why these works?
Banksy is an anonymous British street artist, known worldwide for his provocative and politically charged works. The Flower Thrower, Balloon Girl, and the Rat are among his most iconic and recognizable works, symbols of rebellion, hope, and social critique.
Is it suitable as a gift for an urban art or design enthusiast?
Absolutely yes. At €19, the Banksy Notes Collection is an original and quality gift: Stone Paper, soft-touch hardcover, Banksy graphics, and Made in Italy. Perfect for artists, creatives, students, and fans of street art and contemporary design.
